Thin - Thick Stone Veneer

These products are irregular in shape and are commonly laid as a facade in a mosaic style, but can also be laid in a stack (drystack) or semi-stack fashion. Available in thin, medium and Thick (full-bed) thickness.

Thin: 

  • 1″ to 2″ thickness (bed depth)

  • Coverage 100 to 110 square feet per ton

  • A brick ledge of 4″ to 6″ is recommended

Medium: 

  • 2″ to 4″ thickness (bed depth)

  • Coverage 65 to 70 square feet per ton

  • A brick ledge of 6″ to 8″ is recommended

Thick: 

  • 3″ to 5″ thickness (bed depth)

  • Coverage 35 to 40 square feet per ton

  • A brick ledge of 8″ to 10″ is recommended

General Information

  • RSSY makes every effort to maintain an adequate supply on the yard at all times.

  • Stone is generally packaged in 1 ton baskets, but can be packaged in 1 ½ ton basket upon request.

  • As you may know, color inconsistency is a strong characteristic of natural building stone. For this reason, we recommend that you purchase all of the stone you will need for a particular project at one time.

  • Please be aware the some stones are not available in thin veneer and/ or flagging. Also, most natural stones do not produce flat edges.

  • RSSY is not responsible for freight delivery or delivery problems. It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the merchandise upon delivery. If damage has occurred, it is the customer’s duty to contact us before signing for the merchandise.

  • RSSY is not responsible for installed materials.
